At O-I, quality and food safety are fundamental to everything we do. We're seeking a leader who can drive compliance, strengthen quality systems, and ensure our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards across North America.
This role is responsible for leading O-I's Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance Management Systems while serving as a key partner to manufacturing, quality, product safety, commercial, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong food safety expertise, audit leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $150,000-$170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Travel: 35-45% across North America
