Provides oversight of grant-funded program Community Health Programs -Starting Fresh and Getting Healthy Zone Programs Program, to ensure the program is in line with best-practices and meets funder requirements, stated goals and program objectives. This includes training and supervision of program staff, data collection, generating funder program and funder reports, and working to generate program referrals.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the grant-funded program. This includes, direct supervision, training and evaluation of program staff, recruitment of program participants to ensure program capacity goals are met, and work with the Program Supervisor and Grant Support Coordinator on budget planning and implementation.
Collects and analyzes program data to ensure program is in line with best-practices and funder requirements and meets stated goals and objectives.
Generates program and funder reports in accordance with stated deadlines.
Represents the program on assigned community collaborative partnerships and at outreach events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field. Prior supervisory experience.
Knowledge of programming. Experience working with children and families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid Ohio Driver's License.
Experience with grants, data collection, and report writing. Ability to network and collaborate with community partners. Experience with collaborations.
