The Associate Brand Manager supports and owns day-to-day management of assigned Retail and E-Commerce portfolios, while developing the skills and business acumen necessary for broader brand leadership responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIES Own day-to-day marketing support for assigned Retail and E-Commerce portfolios while partnering with the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing on business priorities and growth opportunities.Develop recurring portfolio performance reviews, analyzing business results, campaign effectiveness, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks.Support annual brand and portfolio planning, including objective setting, opportunity identification, prioritization, and development of growth initiatives.Lead post-launch performance reviews and recommend actions to improve future commercialization and activation efforts.Support development and execution of marketing programs across retail, digital, e-commerce, content, and customer-facing channels.Partner with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns, content development, and activation plans.Support commercialization activities for new products, portfolio initiatives, and growth programs, ensuring effective execution across cross-functional partners.Monitor campaign and e-commerce performance metrics and recommend opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, NPD, PMO, and external partners to support execution of key business priorities.Monitor customer, competitor, shopper, and marketplace trends to identify implications for assigned portfolios.Maintain marketing materials, content, and selling resources that support customer-facing teams and commercialization efforts.Build strong cross-functional relationships through ownership, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
