Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, where you'll lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project plans, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify specifications and scope of work before mobilization.
• Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and cost control using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
• Manage project documentation such as change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and daily reports with precision.
• Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D for planning, tracking, and reporting activities effectively.
• Supervise construction site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Monitor project timelines closely to mitigate delays through proactive time management strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings to align team efforts, resolve issues promptly, and maintain momentum toward project goals.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site supervision or project management within heavy civil or commercial construction environments.
• Strong familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract administration.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Primavera P3.
• Proficiency in civil design software like Civil 3D for planning and design coordination is a plus.
• Skilled in using construction management platforms including ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, HeavyBid, and other relevant software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
