In This Role You Will Execute On:

Systems Administration & Configuration
  • Make application decisions and modifications based on detailed design plans.
  • Lead the strategy and development around maintaining security profiles for application(s).
  • Coordinate and oversee necessary application upgrades and enhancements.
  • Work with server team to ensure application hardware is sufficient to support requirements.
  • Provide guidance to other business application team members on application administration, usage and support.
  • Drive active participation in user groups associated with business application(s) to improve user experience & utilization within Hylant Group
  • Provide escalated application support & assistance to internal customers.
  • Assist with establishing and/or maintaining any integrations impacting the Business Application ecosystem.
  • Create team communications and bulletins.
Solution Analyst/Project Management
  • Work closely with direct reports to provide business users with solutions for needs where gaps currently exist.
  • Work with business sponsors on developing roadmaps for solutions with the goal of meeting business needs and ensuring solutions are being optimized.
  • Work closely with IT staff to design and implement application to meet needs defined in project scope and requirements.
  • Strategize with Business Solutions Consultant and Managing Director on additional application solutions needed within the organization
  • Identify resource requirements for projects.
  • Develop and execute communication plan for projects, including those needed for internal team and business sponsors.
Systems Training
  • Assist with the Development and support of training plans part of the Agency Business Solutions full stack of applications.
  • Assist with the deployment of job aids and communication regarding changes, enhancements, and upgrades to supported business application(s)
  • Provide ongoing guidance to direct reports on ticket triage and resolutions.

In This Role You Will Need:

  • Requires the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3-5 years work experience, or adequate combination of education and experience, successfully leading insurance application projects or support.
  • Technical/Project Management Certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Insurance is required.
  • Insurance licensing or designations are a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Applied Systems Solutions (Epic, CSR24, Indio) is strongly desired.
