Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and exam the title search
- Clear title commitments of items that affect the ability to issue title insurance policies.
- Prepare closing disclosures in accordance with the loan instructions
- Develop and implement closing processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support loan closing activities
- Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents
- Address and resolve closing issues and discrepancies
- Provide training and support to closing staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Manage and prioritize multiple closing projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of title experience preferred
