About the Role
We’re hiring a Dump Truck Driver to haul materials from asphalt plants, quarries, and sand & gravel pits to job sites for placement, backfill, and stockpiling. This is a full-time, seasonal position that plays a key role in ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials such as asphalt and gravel
- Utilize fleet apps for dispatch, check-in/out, and real-time communication
- Complete paperless Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely delivery
- Load and unload materials using truck’s hydraulic system
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness
- Comply with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatchers
- Maintain regular in-person attendance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to climb and descend ladders
- Work outside normal business hours and in varying conditions
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Class B CDL with manual transmission (Class A preferred)
- Current valid DOT physical and clean driving record
- Familiarity with safe operation of construction equipment
- Knowledge of USDOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
- 2–3 years of driving experience preferred
