Position Overview: Fresh Products is currently offering full-time positions for Production Associates at our Perrysburg, OH facility. We're committed to providing a competitive hourly rate and a safe, clean work environment that fosters growth and teamwork.

Schedule Options: Work 4 Days, Enjoy 3 Days Off (10-hour shifts)

1st Shift: 6:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:00PM to 3:30AM, Monday to Thursday

What Fresh Products Offers:

Competitive base pay of $19.05 per hour with an additional $1.50 Shift Premium
Enjoy a 4-day work week, with 3 days off
Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays that is communicated ahead of time

Requirements:

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
Eligibility to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
