In this role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, manage a team of manufacturer's reps, and drive profitable growth in the central territory. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales and profit targets.
- Develop and execute detailed sales plans.
- Lead and manage national and regional accounts to success.
- Guide and motivate manufacturer rep teams to meet sales goals.
- Travel as needed to attend trade shows and business events.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Directors and the Field Sales Organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution.
- Execute campaigns, generate leads, and follow up on opportunities through CRM.
- Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
- Negotiate and manage rebate programs with customers.
- Launch new products and provide feedback on market reception.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on sales or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of progressive sales management experience.
- Experience in distribution
- Experience in the Jan-San industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRMs
- Ability to travel 50-75% of each month
