We are seeking a candidate who will enhance our Intellectual Property Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of experience in intellectual property law and a passion for collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions. Core responsibilities include domestic and international trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, and domestic trademark enforcement. The position also requires advising clients on copyright and trade secrets and drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements. Successful candidates should have: 2–7 years of intellectual property law experience; Experience with trademark prosecution and clearance preferred; Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; Strong sense of service to clients and colleagues; Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Professionalism and work ethic; High level of organization and attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with some book of business.
