RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts counter sales staff to locate any parts not in stock
- Delegate & oversee special orders & projects that may involve requests from our customers.
- Communicate or direct communications with customers on parts status.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Be responsible in following all company safety policies and procedures for yourself and staff.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of GM Parts experience required
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer and typing skills required
