We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to keep our technical teams organized, our projects on track, and our clients happy. You’ll support our engineers by wrangling schedules, tracking tasks, and making sure communication flows smoothly. No PMP certification required—just bring your organizational superpowers and a positive, partner-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use PSA tool to create and manage projects
• Review project performance to adjust and report on analytics
• Meet with clients to discuss ongoing projects and ensure satisfaction
• Work with dispatcher to verify if issues are related to ongoing projects
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Document and distribute meeting notes, agendas, and updates
• Track project progress and follow up on open tasks
• Ensure client communication is timely, accurate, and professional
• Maintain project documentation in our management systems
• Assist with project onboarding and closeout activities
• Support technical teams by removing blockers and keeping everyone aligned
