Cenovus Energy is seeking an experienced SAP professional to join our Lima Refinery. The SAP Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate equipment master data and developing effective Preventative Maintenance Plans within the SAP system. This role ensures operational efficiency by supporting system integrity and data consistency. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

What you’ll do:

Maintain and update SAP Material Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to support equipment reliability and operational efficiency
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to the needs of various departments within the plant
Create, modify, and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support production and maintenance activities
Deliver SAP training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support and guidance to existing users
Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide timely assistance to resolve user-reported problems

Who you are:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in SAP Coordination or a closely related system/software
