Brint Electric is looking to hire an experienced full-time commercial and industrial electrical project manager. Should have a working knowledge of Accubid, Computer Ease, Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.Responsibilities- Develop a project schedule for each project.- Maintain project calendar with critical dates and project meetings.- Generate, submit, negotiates, and track all change orders.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Effectively communicate with Superintendents, Project Foreman, and Customers.- Ability to meet customer deadlines.- Manage billing- Create and monitor all subcontractor agreements.- The ability to assemble bid packages.Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Past experience with proven track record.- Positive attitude and self-motivated- General knowledge of construction practices and methodologies.- Superior planning capabilities and a high level of organization.Additional Information:Compensation is based on experience.
