APS Medical Billing located in Toledo Ohio, is looking for a motivated individual to join our payments team as a refund processor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating credit balance accounts and issuing credit refunds when due
- Strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle
- Experience in reading EOBs
- Meets productivity and quality measures
- Performs other duties as necessary
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Medical Billing / Payment Posting
- Confidential and Trustworthy
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
