<div> <div> <div> <h2>Job Details</h2> </div> <div> <h3>Description</h3> </div> <div> <p></p> <p><strong>Pay - $15.00 to $19.00 per hour</strong></p> <p>APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo, OH, is looking for a motivated individual to join our IT team as a Computer Support Operator. This role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring correct operations of the iSeries computing systems and various network-based business applications. This individual also serves in the role of resolution coordinator.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitors performance of servers, hosts systems and network components for proper functions and availability to users</li> <li>Utilizes monitoring tools to review system console messages, event logs, email alerts, etc.</li> <li>Follows up on issues with the application development staff</li> <li>Responds to error conditions on monitored systems and servers by entering message responses or operating system commands or performing other actions such as mounting storage media, etc.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience</li> <li>Basic working knowledge of multiple computer systems operations – iSeries (AS/400) and Microsoft Windows-based PCs and servers</li> <li>Proven, well-developed Analytical and Organizational Skills</li> <li>Effective Business Communicator (Written & Verbal)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits Package includes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Medical plan</li> <li>Health Savings Account</li> <li>Alight – Personal Health Care Advisor</li> <li>Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K</li> <li>Paid holidays</li> <li>EAP - Employee Assistance Program</li> </ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
