Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations at our Upper Sandusky fertilizer manufacturing facility. This role serves as a key administrative resource for the plant, coordinating office operations, inventory and purchasing activities, vendor services, and customer and visitor interactions while helping ensure the smooth flow of information across the site. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with both office and operations teams, and takes pride in providing exceptional service, maintaining accurate records, and keeping processes running efficiently. Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain files, documents and system/database data, and produce scheduled and/or requested reports

  • Follow standard procedures in conducting assigned processes. Complete all necessary steps, documentation, systems entry, and filing to ensure proper completion.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence

  • Assist in the flow of information and documentation to facilitate internal coordination, and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks related to the office, this could include basic office management activities; ticketing/accounting/billing/credit tasks; inventory tracking; general human resources support; and phone, customer and visitor support.

  • Where applicable, assist with inbound/outbound commodity activity.

  • Assist with projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience required
