Description

The Inside Fleet/Lease Coordinator is responsible for organizing all charges and announcements. They will need to be current with all contracts/agreements with our Fleet/Lease Clients. The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator exhibits superior customer service at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

You will assist with auction operations from start to finish.

• Assist with the coordination and execution of sale day activities.

• Input vital vehicle info into the System and database such as charges and announcements.

• Establish, update, verify, and maintain vehicle information.

• Some title work to include entering and scanning.

• Use your eagle eye for details to manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate errors, and verify sale eligibility.

• Perform post-sale invoicing as needed.

• Provide administrative/clerical support and assist with special projects and admin support.

• Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to perform clerical and administrative work correctly

• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficient in Microsoft

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong customer service skills a must

• Ability to solve/resolve issues

• Strong verbal and written communication skills including email

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, bi-lingual a plus

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

• Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve
